Any order for a product appearing in the online shop of the website www.papilyo.com requires consultation and prior acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.


These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any consultation or order placed on the www.papilyo.com website and its derived addresses. The confirmation of the order by the buyer implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over all previous versions or specifications issued by the buyer, including by exchanging e-mails.


The Products are presented in accordance with legal requirements and as accurately as possible. Differences between the products delivered and those represented on the site or catalogue may exist, mainly for handmade products for which the homogeneity of production cannot be perfectly ensured. These differences, as long as they do not relate to the essential characteristics of the Products and do not affect their quality, cannot justify a cancellation of the order or a refusal to deliver. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. In case of error on the delivery address, only the customer is responsible.

A delivery person will come to you after your goods have been shipped. Your order will be delivered to you by parcel in less than 10 days from the date of your order. When shipping an order, papilyo.com notifies the customer by email of the tracking of his package.

The buyer must carry out, at the time of delivery, all necessary examinations to detect any damage, missing, defects or other apparent defects or non-conformity of the products delivered to his order. In particular, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging, the number of packages and the products in their quantities, references, condition and characteristics, etc. In the event of a complaint, the buyer must contact the carrier's services.The buyer must also be able to provide any justification as to the reality of the claims invoked and allow Papilyo, its carriers or any person mandated by them, any facility to carry out their observation, the buyer must refrain from intervening or having a third party involved for this purpose. the accepted claims will give rise to the exchange of the defective or non-conforming Product, or its refund in the event of unavailability of the Product in stock or from suppliers. The returned Product must be returned to Papilyo's carriers in perfect condition, in its original packaging and equipped with all its accessories. No spontaneous returns, without Papilyo's agreement, will be accepted.


The prices of the Products are indicated in euros including VAT, taxes related to the sale of the Products, including VAT.

To pay for his order, the consumer has, at his choice, all the payment methods presented during the order confirmation (payment page). The consumer guarantees PAPILYO that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him, when ordering.

Papilyo reserves the right to suspend any order processing and delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment.

Papilyo reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

Payment is made in euros exclusively, in full when ordering, by one of the payment methods available on the page (payment).

The invoice sent to the buyer includes the information provided by the latter in his customer account. The buyer has the possibility to modify these data at the time of any new order placed on the site.


The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products. This option is not applicable to custom-made products.
To exercise his right of retraction, the buyer must return the retraction form, to Papilyo customer service department, within the above-mentioned 14-day period, either by email via the CONTACT section or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer entails for him, the obligation to return, at his own expense, the Products whose order has been cancelled within 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

To arrange a return, the buyer must contact customer service who will contact the buyer to arrange for the re-shipment of the product and indicate the procedure, which differs depending on the original shipping method of the product.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of non-compliance of the items.

The buyer will be reimbursed, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, for all the sums he has paid, provided that Papilyo has received the Product(s) in perfect condition, in its (their) original packaging and equipped with all its (their) accessories.


The elements published by SASU PAPILYO on the www.papilyo.com website, including in particular logos, registered trademarks, texts, photographs, images, drawings, models or tables, constitute works protected by intellectual property rights or human rights. The reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of this site is therefore prohibited without the express prior consent of the holders of these rights and would constitute an infringement punishable by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and/or a tort likely to engage the civil liability of offenders of the above-mentioned rights.

SASU PAPILYO cannot be held liable for any breakdowns, errors or computer viruses that could prevent continuous access to its site or for any malfunctions in the users' computer installations that could be noted following access to the site. In the event of a dispute, the customer and the seller have the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable solution, the Douai Commercial Court has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment used.
